Sounds like a trojan, unfortunately. What do you use for antivirus?
Someone with more experience than me in removing them may need to offer some advice.

Virus and spyware are two different things.
HAXDOOR E is a virus, not spyware, so your anti-spyware program won't be of any help.
Both McAffee and Norton anti-virus will clean this. If you don't have any anti-virus software, try using google to find a free one. Try Sophos, I use that one on my work PC.
If all else fails, use google again and search "manually clean off HAXDOOR E" and follow the instructions.
Let me know how you make out or any issues you may have going forward. Good luck!
Oh... and stay off them girlie sites. :D
EDIT: I found this tool for you if you need to do a manual clean.

Hi Mac. Download this program Spyware Terminator - it is free, it is good and I am using it very long time and scan your computer. Set permanent resident protection by it too. I hope it could help. :)

Did you try Microsoft's freebie Security Essentials? I know the reviews are all over the place, but it's kept me going.
