I have started this game yet again guys...I find it very absorbing...good game.   ;)    I knows we is all different in our game-play but I must confess to liking to 'cheat' a bit like.   ;)  ;)   So the first thing I done is to UP all my skills to 200 + ans do the same with mi attributes.   Ye stands a chance then wit de enemy.   ;D :)

The problem wit dis game.....is that much of the best 'stuff'' there is, is built into the missions and ye has to wait for them to come along, so ye has t'live wit dat......(No problem)!   8)   8)   8)   8)

But I still gets a few things 'up front' that gives yer even more of a chance..like the 'Ring of Nighteye'!   (Ye don't needs any torches wit dis 'gizmo'!)    De 'Ring of Shadows',  is mi next acquisition, so's I is more difficult to see in de caves ans that.  

Now I gets me a good bow ans de 'Bow of Infliction' is a very good bow indeed.  ::)   ::)      Yer can't do much about de arrows right at the beginning of the game, until ye can 'get to de shops', but this bow delivers any arrow 'good style'! ...Oh, Yes!   8)   8)

(I have learned the hard way that it is better to 'sneak' about the passages in the caves and  forts and to take things very slowly and easy.   With the 'getup' that I sort out, nobody has a clue I am there until it is far to late!  HAR! HAR! HAR!)

Now I needs some armor, so's I get me de 'Blackwood' stuff ans a decent sword ans I is all ready to start off!

Oh, have already added a number of really good 'mods'!  There is some great stuff out there, particularly dwelling places so I have them all in place right now.

The reason I have  started agin,  is because of the 'Game Guide'   I have fount out that I have missed a STACK of stuff buy not having one!    I recommend getting one for this game and referring to it 'EVERY STEP OF THE WAY...!   ;D   ;D   ;D   ;D

Ben, you wrote somewhere else where are all but what me? I am still here. Maybe you should pay some attention what some other people doing here. I put here topic Risen and there are hundreds of screenshors there, but you don't react anyhow at it. I am really disappointed.  Oblivion is great game but there are some other which are great too, as Risen for example and some other.  :(


I think using ring for illumination isn't  too good because you can use position for rings in many better ways. I have some very powerful rings which are much better than ring for illumination. It's better to use spell light for illumination.

My Oblivion is still installed but there is a lot of good new games here, so I haven't too much time to play it intensively. Anyway I am still playing it from time to time. I am in the process of closing Oblivion's gates. But it is a little boring because there is very much gates in the game and all are very similar inside.  ;)

I got the game guide too. Have to admit I havent craked it open except when I get stuck

Tad, listen to me lad, ye really do need to read the guid mate BEFORE ye do the quests.  For the reason that you can actually MISS the point of the whole thing if ye don't buddy!  :o  :o      The game is set so that you often have different choices to make.  Which choice you make often influences the outcome.  Take my advice buddy and try it out.    How do you feel about some help?    There are some mods that you really need to install, to get the best out of the game IMHO shipmate.  There is one that gives you a great sword that can't be beaten and a fantastic bow as well!    How does ye feel about cheating a bit?  ;D  ;D
